The Buyer can choose the method of delivery of the goods. ROBUS offers several delivery options for goods that depend on the destination country.

ROBUS accepts payments only in Euros (EUR) and offers the following options for paying for the goods:

– Directly through the ESTO AS bank links (including, but not limited to Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay and credit cards);

Orders paid in advance by the Buyer in the e-shop will be processed from the moment of receipt on working days 09:00-17:00.

We guarantee the dispatch of goods within 2 working days. However, we usually ship all orders placed on business days before 2pm on the same day. In mainland Estonia, DPD and Smartpost will deliver the parcel by the next day. Delivery time may be 1 day longer to reach the islands.

For international shipping, delivery times vary from 2 to 14 working days for standard courier and 1 to 5 working days for express courier, depending on the destination.

NB! Please note that we can’t deliver to PO Boxes nor campuses (military, university etc.)

NB! In case of running out of stock, we may allow backorders. Such situation is clearly highlighted on the product page in our webshop with all the necessary terms and conditions. The buyer may cancel the backorder and receive a full refund any time before the stated backorder fulfilment date.
